DEWE2-PA7 high-precision power module

Thanks to the fact that the basic measurement error is only 0.03%, the power analyzer can achieve very high accuracy. Even in the small signal range, the entire analysis process ensures high accuracy.

Comparison of two power analyzer modules

Due to the modular method of DEWETRON, any data acquisition hardware based on Trion/Trion (3) can become a power analyzer. You can choose between two power measurement modules:

TRION3-1810M-POWER-4 sampling rate 10 MS/s/ch

TRION-1820-POWER-4 Sample rate 2 MS/s/ch

Each has 8 input channels and 18 bit resolution. Due to its unique modularity, four channels on the power measurement module can be equipped with different user replaceable submodules for direct measurement of current or voltage. Therefore, almost any type of voltage or current sensor can be connected to the DEWETRON power analyzer.

High dynamic range

The DVC power test module provides up to 10 MS/s sampling rate per channel, 18 bit A/D conversion and excellent signal conditioning linearity In addition, the power test module provides high dynamic performance across the entire input range – up to 1000 V (2000 VPEAK) and 20A (40APEAK) for all your dynamic tests with high accuracy. The power accuracy of DEWE2-PA7 and DEWE3-PA8 is amazing. Compared with all power analyzers on the market, DVI provides 0.04% constant power accuracy in the fundamental frequency range of 1 Hz to 1000 Hz. This is the key requirement for test bench application to obtain high-precision results in a wide frequency range.

Multi-channel and multi-phase power analyzer

A DVC power analyzer is a solution designed to analyze multiple motors, inverters or complete drive systems at the same time. It can calculate up to 16 different power groups and power parameters, even for polyphase motors (up to 9 phases). This turns a power analyzer into an instrument that can analyze multiple power groups.

Multiple freely definable screens

With the Dewei Chuang power analyzer, you can freely define different screens and easily choose between views compatible with traditional power analyzers, or design your own favorite views by dragging and dropping (using your finger or mouse/touchpad). You can easily set multiple views in one setting. You can select the view you are actually interested in with a single click. Browsing collected data (including raw data stored at a speed of up to 10MS/s) is fast and simple. All screens will be updated synchronously, whether it is the accurate waveform of harmonics, voltage and current, special FFT or anything else of special interest.

Original data record/waveform record

Waveform data, mixed signal and a power analyzer? A DVC power analyzer contains all! The DVC power analyzer can reliably record the gapless original data of any analog or digital signal, and perform high-performance power calculation for multiple power groups at the same time.

Modular design and channel scalability

The user can adjust the input configuration at any time. If your application is changing, you can easily adjust the input configuration to meet the new requirements by simply changing the sub module, at a low cost. The power analyzer can expand channels in the same way. If there is a spare slot on the power analyzer, you only need to add another Trion Modules, or use TRIONet to get more channels. Data is automatically synchronized across all channels. If you need more channels, you can easily use the DEWE2 chassis to get more channels, If there is no spare slot on your power analyzer, you can also easily expand the number of channels of the power analyzer through TRIONet. The static test channel can be extended by using CPAD or EPAD.

Integrated sensor power supply

The integrated power supply (redundant) on the power analyzer can supply power for 8 current sensors. The power supply integrated on the power analyzer allows engineers to connect the sensor directly to the power analyzer without an additional power box.

The power supply is compatible with most common sensors (± 15V or ± 9V). Even sensors with high power supply requirements (such as zero flux sensors) can be powered by this superior power supply.

Multiple test bench interface selection

The intelligent interface technology enables the power analyzer to be easily integrated into the automated test system or bench test system environment. At the same time, reliable data transmission and easy to use remote control and configuration are ensured by using standardized protocols (such as ASM) and file formats based on TCP/IP protocol. DVC provides a large number of options for integrating test equipment into the platform or other third-party environments. This enables almost any host to act as a slave station for data reception and a master station for control.

OXYGEN Software

OXYGEN measurement and test software seamlessly integrates the signal data obtained through multiple, fully synchronous transmission into the calculation of power analysis.

Analysis of 1-9 phase power system (1P2W, 2V2A, 3P3W, 3P4W, 6P6W,...)

Several power systems are logically grouped into power groups.

There is no clearance, calculated weekly, and there is no blind spot.

ISO 17025 Calibration

Devtrone power analyzer can choose to provide EN ISO/IEC 17025 certification, Meet industry standards

According to industry standards, harmonic, interharmonic, high-frequency, voltage fluctuation and flicker emissions are analyzed.

Easy calibration

The power analysis module and its matched sub module have their own calibration data. For a new calibration, you only need to send back the power analysis module, not the whole equipment.
