Dewei Chuang Road Spectrum Test System
Release time: 22-11-09 18:43 Number of views: one hundred and fifteen

Road spectrum test is generally used for material research, process research, auto parts test and vehicle test. The collection of road spectrum is completed on the test track, actual road conditions or test bench. The road spectrum data is used to calibrate the simulation data model, develop and optimize the closed-loop control. The road spectrum data can be played back on the test bench to simulate the force and vibration of the vehicle under laboratory conditions.

On the test bench, we use the road spectrum data and actual fatigue life data as input to test the vehicle system and accessories under specific conditions. For example: high temperature, corrosive atmosphere and other environments. In order to optimize mechanical components, we must understand the load changes over the life of the components. Therefore, in the experiment, we need to use a large number of sensors for accurate and synchronous data acquisition.

Basic requirements for road spectrum acquisition system:

-Synchronous acquisition, anti aliasing
-Many channels
-Multiple sensors can be connected - can supply power for multiple sensors
-Sensor database, TEDS function
-Shunt resistance calibration
-Amplifier and sensor auto balancing
-Offline settings
-Real time overload display and fault detection, such as sensor damage alarm display
-Various triggers
-Powerful online mathematical operations
-Fast and efficient data analysis
-Traceability of measurement results
-Portable design, solid and reliable

Workflow

The test setup is very simple. Just load the XML setup file and select the sensor from the sensor database. The setting operation can be performed offline. After connecting the sensor, the settings can be modified. Some sensors also need zero adjustment before testing. We only need to click a few mouse clicks to adjust the predefined test interface according to personal needs, and then we can start the test.

-Offline settings
-Sequential control
-Sensor database
- TEDS
-File Header
-Data input/output

All data, such as measurement notes, sensor database, setting files, measurement data and analysis results can be saved in a unified measurement directory. This test management method is fast and efficient, which effectively solves the sensor management problem and improves the test efficiency.

DEWE2-RLD series road spectrum test system

The DEWE2-RLD series road spectrum test system (RLD Road Load Data) is used to record the road spectrum data of vehicle road test or bench test - it can be used for both vehicle test and component test. The test data can be played back to the test bench to simulate all the forces and vibrations during the road test in the laboratory. The DEWE2-RLD series of the Dewei Chuang road spectrum test system can also be equipped with an analog signal real-time output module for the use of the experimental bench.

The DVC road spectrum test system has a solid structure and is easy to carry, meeting the requirements of multi-channel on-board test. The system can connect multiple signal inputs at the same time; Voltage, strain, temperature, counter, GPS, video, CAN, OBDII on-board automatic diagnosis system

When the Lupu data is used for the simulation of the test bench, the output is in RPCIII format.

22 or 24 bit resolution

Anti aliasing filtering

Compact RLD test system

DEWE2-M4-RLD is the most compact RLD test system, with overall dimensions of 31 x 25 x 11 cm and weight of about 5kg. The device has 12 analog channels

Slot, 2 counters, 8 digital inputs, 4 high-speed CAN ports, and can support part of the wheel dynamometer through the Ethernet interface. DEWE2-RLD measurement of other models

The test system can meet the application requirements of 64 or 128 analog channels and 8 high-speed CAN.

Common input and support TEDS

It supports multiple signal acquisition, such as voltage, full bridge, half bridge, quarter bridge, IEPE, thermocouple, PT100, PT1000, and charge. Strong built-in functions of software

Large sensor database and TEDS support.

Synchronous test of different kinds of signals

In addition to analog quantity, when collecting CAN signal, digital state quantity and counter signal, DVC RLD system can ensure complete synchronization of different kinds of signals

Including video signal and GPS signal.

Compatible with most universal sensors

RLD systems are compatible with most sensors. At the same time, the system also has an efficient sensor offline configuration interface, which can ensure that it will take a very short configuration time

High quality testing is available.

Bench test and actual road test are equally efficient

The system can write XML files to facilitate offline testing. When importing XML files, the system will automatically detect file errors. This system can be used on the bench

Test can also be used for actual road test. The experimental results can be exported to RPCIII format and sent to the test bench controller. The system can also use the optional real-time module

The module to be output is connected to the control circuit of the test bench.

Data export

The data can be exported to multiple formats to facilitate subsequent data analysis. For example, Excel ®, DAIdem ™, FlexPro ®, wait. There is also RCP III for data exchange with the console. AVI video export, used to write dynamic files.

Other functions

Including balance adjustment and shunt calibration of bridge/strain type sensors. The system can quickly check all input or input group errors. Overload display during acquisition

The icon can give an overview of the acquisition status of each channel.

Investment efficiency

If the equipment is no longer used for RLD test, it can also be used for brake test, NVH test, etc. The equipment can also be used as data recorder, FFT analyzer and CAN recorder.
