use TRION3-1810M-POWER -4 module building power analyzer DEWE3-PA8
In order to give full play to DEWE3-PA8 DEWETRON has developed high-speed TRION3 -1810M-POWER-4 module, which can be easily installed into the power analyzer. The modular design of TRION3-1810-POWER-4 module allows flexible measurement of current, voltage or power, and the input range is up to 1000 VRMS/20 ARMS. The following is a brief introduction to the typical configuration example of power analyzer using TRION3-1810MPOWER-4 module.
Standard four phase power analyzer with direct input
This is the standard configuration of DEWE3-PA8 for 4-phase (3-phase AC and 1-phase DC) applications
belt Current clamp Input standard four phase power analyzer
Configuration of voltage output type current clamp for four phase applications.
Standard four phase power analyzer with mixed signal input
Mixed configuration of direct input and current clamp input in four phase application.
Standard four phase power analyzer with mixed signal input
Advanced configuration suitable for motor analysis, with torque speed input and auxiliary high-speed analog input for voltage and acceleration analysis.
Absolute Time Synchronization Options
With this option, the power analyzer can run synchronously with other measuring equipment with absolute time reference.
DEWE3/TRION ™/ TRION3 ™ Hardware compatibility
In 2019, Dewei Chuang launched a series of new data acquisition systems, namely DEWE3 and TRION3 ™ High speed board series. DEWE3-PA8 power test model is equipped with a full hybrid PXIE backplane and supports any TRION3 ™ Series module. It is also backward compatible and supports all TRIONS of the previous generation ™ Series module. The following illustrations will let you know their hardware compatibility and limitations:
Example of synchronization of most acquisition systems
TRION-SYNC-BUS (SYNC I/O, SYNCOUNT) is used to synchronize two or more DEWE3/DEWE2 data acquisition systems. The distance between each node is up to 100 m. TRION-SYNC-BUS consists of two RJ-45 interfaces. One interface is synchronous OUT, while the other interface can be used as synchronous IN or OUT.
LED indication:
According to the use of SYNC I/O (input or output), LED indicates whether the system prompts whether the clock is available or correctly received from other systems. The green LED indicates that the acquisition is running. If the acquisition stops, the LED will turn off.
