Application of DVC Data Acquisition in Airborne Power Test System of Large Passenger Aircraft
On board power supply test system for a large passenger aircraft of an aircraft limited liability company in China
Project background: C9XX large passenger aircraft is a large civil jet aircraft developed by China in accordance with international civil aviation regulations and with independent intellectual property rights. The development of large passenger aircraft, which was approved by the State Council in February 2007, is a major science and technology project in China. COMAC is the main project to develop large aircraft in China, and also an important carrier to realize the industrialization of civil aircraft in China. It carries the blue sky vision of Chinese people and the expectations of China's civil aircraft industry for many years. The test and analysis equipment provided by DVC for COMAC is used for the test and analysis of the on-board power supply of C9XX passenger aircraft, providing accurate and complete data for the test of the power supply system of the whole aircraft, and customized analysis and calculation software and standard report software according to GJB181 and ISO12384 test standards.

Project characteristics:
➢ The equipment needs airborne flight test;
➢ The composition of airborne power supply is complex, and the test requires high synchronization;
➢ Requirements for route scheduling, flight cost and attention are very high for equipment stability;
➢ Data analysis and test report shall be issued according to GJB181 and ISO12384 standards;
Project results:
➢ Dewei Chuang equipment flew with C9XX test aircraft, and the data acquisition operation was stable and fault free;
➢ Accuracy and synchronization of all signals, and no deviation in obtaining customer verification;
➢ Customized analysis software and experimental report generation function according to customer needs to meet standard report requirements;
