DEWETRON The precision is reflected by its high-quality measuring instruments, which have been designed for years of reliable use. We value design characterized by modularity and flexibility to ensure easy customization to meet your specific requirements. Our adaptive and user-friendly measurement hardware is the TRIONet3 system. Learn more about TRIONet3 and its differences in this blog post.
What is TRIONet3?
TRIONet3 is a powerful front-end data acquisition system and the successor of TRIONet. It is ideal for high-speed measurement expansion for your PC or other DEWETRON systems. It can be distributed over long distances via USB 3.0 or Gigabit Ethernet connection. TRIONet3 nodes can be 100 meters (328 feet) away from each other, but they can still work synchronously.
Each TRIONet3 has two slots, which can flexibly exchange measurement modules for customization. Choose from our wide range of available modules, convert your TRIONet3 into a mature power analyzer, enable GPS positioning or provide additional synchronization options. Enjoy the convenience of backward compatibility. You can use the modules of the new TRION 3 series and the previous TRION series. In addition, you can connect multiple trionet3 to your PC and expand your measurement settings according to your personal needs. TRIONet3 system also has a smart integration function, allowing the chassis of a single system to be connected with each other.
Measurement solution of TRIONet3
Since TRIONet3 is a very compact and flexible device, it is very suitable for distributed measurement of current, voltage, mechanical and acoustic parameters. Therefore, it can be used for a wide range of applications. For example, it is used to measure and monitor electrical, thermal and mechanical parameters in trains or other types of transportation. In this case, a single front end is installed at different positions on the train and connected to PC or DEWETRON system. The rest is to synchronize all devices and start recording through the integrated synchronization unit. Use our intuitive measurement software OXYGEN to seamlessly store or evaluate your records in real time. It provides a variety of options, allowing users to identify mechanical faults through CPB analysis, evaluate powertrain efficiency by plotting apparent power, reactive power and active power, and conduct NVH analysis to ensure comfort, etc. Alternatively, use any measurement software of your choice or evaluate the data using Python or c++. OXYGEN's flexibility and compatibility with popular programming languages ensure that you can freely analyze and interpret data in a way that suits your preferences and needs.
